AYUDH Europe’s Youth Summit

Volunteer to Help: We are always looking for keen individuals to help support the Summit. If you are free and able to help we would love to have you!

AYUDH Alumni: All alumni- former AYUDH members - are warmly invited to participate in the week-long celebrations. Special activities are planned exclusively for alumni, along with dedicated time to strengthen alumni activities and networks for the future.

Participation Requirements

All young people aged between 15 and 30 years old are warmly welcomed.

Travel Dates

The Summit officially kicks off on the evening of Sunday, 13 July, and concludes on Sunday, 20 July, after lunch. Please plan your travel so you do not arrive before 13 July or depart after 20 July.

If you feel motivated to to help us setup before or pack and clean up after the event, please reach out to info@ayudh.eu, and wait for our reply before booking your tickets.

Participants Under 18

All young people aged between 15 and 30 years old are warmly welcomed.

Financial Support

Thanks to the generous family of one of your AYUDH Participants, we are delighted to once again offer financial assistance for those who could not come otherwise. This assistance is provided as travel reimbursements of up to 100€ per person. If your financial situation is particularly challenging and this support isn't sufficient, please reach out to us at info@ayudh.eu

Participation Fee

The fee is 150€ for the entire duration of the Summit, covering food, accommodation, and all exciting activities. We strongly encourage you to participate for the full week, however if you cannot participate for the full duration, the daily participation fee is 25€/day.

Visa Information

Do you require a visa to enter the Schengen area during the dates of the Summit? If yes, we'll ask you to provide a copy of your passport and visa in the form below.
